Beginners' wheel throwing course 8.2 at 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

An excellent opportunity for those who want to learn wheel throwing in a small group. We will go through the basics, such as centring the clay, opening and throwing the form. 

During the course, we will practise and throw as much as we can. The items that are saved will be fired by the staff afterwards and glazed in a glaze of your choice (four options). We fire a maximum of two items per person. We reserve some time at the end to clean up together.

We have throwing aprons available to borrow in the workshop, but it is a good idea to wear sturdy clothes and shoes for the course. Long nails can make throwing difficult. 

In addition to instruction, the course price includes:  materials, firing of the objects, glazing, coffee and biscuits. The price includes 25.5% VAT.

There is room for four participants in the course.

Course registration is binding. If the course is cancelled less than 24 hours before it starts, we will charge the full price. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your place to someone else.
