How does the workshop work?

The workshop is led by our instructors in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The group tries different hand-building ceramic techniques and creates their own pieces together.

Example schedule – 2.5 hours:

• Welcome and introduction – 30 min
• Guided ceramic workshop – 60–75 min
• Coffee and tea break – 15 min
• Decoration and finishing touches – 45 min
• Shared closing – 15 min

Workshop packages

Light:

2 hours, up to 16 people, 1 instructor

Perfect for after work and shorter team activities.

Example program:

• First contact with clay – hand-building bowls or low cups, decorative figures based on imagination
• Wall ceramics – using slab building, coil (rope) technique and pinch technique to create unique wall art. You can use stencils to make, for example, flowers, fruits, faces or wall vases. You will learn to use engobes and stamps for surface decoration
• Creative group workshop with a theme you suggest

Standard:

2.5 hours, up to 16 people, 1 instructor

A balanced workshop with time for both creation and social interaction.

Example program:

• Make your own cup – each participant creates a cup or bowl using slab technique, where clay plates are rolled out and assembled into a shape. We decorate with lace impressions, stamps or engobe
• Coil technique – we practice coil building and create irregular and asymmetrical bowls, vessels and pots from clay coils. We decorate them with stamps and engobes
• Nerikomi technique – introduction to the Japanese nerikomi technique, where colored clays are layered and combined to create patterned surfaces. The result can be stripes, organic marble-like patterns or dots. You can either plan carefully or discover something new through the process. From rolled patterned clay slabs, you can use molds to create, for example, a bowl, plate or another decorative object

Premium:

3–3.5 hours, up to 12 people, 2 instructors

A deeper ceramic experience for teams that want to try several techniques together (1 + 2 + 3):

1. Hand-building with clay – bowls or low cups, decorative objects based on imagination
2. Wheel throwing trial (~20–40 min per person)
3. Decoration with engobe

• Clay (up to 1 kg per person)
• Engobe colors
• Instructor guidance throughout the workshop

Pickup: finished ceramic pieces can be collected approx. 4 weeks after the workshop

Our corporate ceramic workshops are usually booked on request. We tailor the date and structure according to your team’s needs and planned TYKY day.

⚠️ During high season (May–June, December), bookings fill up quickly.

We recommend booking in advance to:
