Beginners' wheel throwing course 28.4 17-20

An excellent opportunity for those who want to learn wheel throwing in a small group. We will go through the basics, such as centering the clay, opening and throwing the form. 

During the course, we will practise and throw as much as we can. The items that are saved will be fired by the staff afterwards and glazed in a glaze of your choice (four options). We fire a maximum of two items per person. We reserve some time for cleaning up together at the end.

We have throwing aprons available to borrow in the workshop, but it is a good idea to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. Long nails can make throwing difficult. 

In addition to instruction, the course price includes:  materials, firing of the objects, glazing, coffee and biscuits. The price includes 25.5% VAT.

Four participants are welcome to the course.

Course registration is binding. If the course is cancelled less than 24 hours before it starts, we will charge the full price. If you are unable to attend, you can give your place in the course to someone else.
